AIASMC: American Institute of Architecture, San Mateo County

We are proud of our association with and involvement with the AIA.

Our local chapter, AIA San Mateo County. has a membership of approximately 125 members - including full Architect Members, Associates and Allied Members.

Mark Bartos, AIA, served as President of the AIASMC during 2012. During Mark's tenure the AIASMC enjoyed a resurgence as a more relevant organization to both Architects and our community. Under Mark's leadership the AIASMC provided a year full of activities, lectures, fellowship, intern programs, parties and more. Mark's proudest accomplishment in 2012 was the first AIASMC Fall Lecture Series.

Mark Presently serves on the AIACC (California Council) board of directors as well as the AIAC Advocacy Advisory Committee.

Eric Holm, AIA, continues to serve on the AIASMC board as Chair of the 2013 Programs Committee.

Monica Landaverde, Associate AIA, continues to sere on the AIASMC as chair of the Associates Activities committee.
