■ Flexible hours:
We are project oriented—not clock oriented. We allow flexibility in staff hours, however we do ask staff to make adjustments based on project needs and associated deadlines. Our working Hours are 8:30am-6:00pm.
■ Voting:
Time off to vote in local, state and federal elections is reimbursed. We expect team members to vote—we expect them to vote thoughtfully—and we respect the privacy of the voting booth.
Professional Development
■ Professional Membership Fees: Full reimbursement for membership in one professional organization. This includes but isn’t limited to the AIA, ADPSR, CASH, SARA, Architecture for Humanity.
■ Licensing Examinations: Reimbursement for passed Architectural Licensure and LEED professional examinations.
Community Service
■ Volunteer Time:
Up to 2 days per year may be approved and paid for volunteering with a K-12 School, Habitat for Humanity, Samaritan House or similar organizations.
■ Volunteer Time Off:
We encourage staff to volunteer their time beyond this paid benefit, and thus we provide flexibility for unpaid time off to volunteer.
