The two CTEFP modernization/reconfiguration projects above were combined into one DSA/construction project for simplicity. The project consisted of a complete gutting and reconstruction of building 300. The HVAC classes formerly located in Building 600 and the electrical classes formerly located in Building 100 were relocated to this central “Building Arts Center.” This relocation allows for easier collaboration between the various classes. Additionally, outdoor workspace was created with appropriate materials storage. Classes now build small houses on the exterior of the building where this work formerly occurred inside.
