The Project generally consists of removing existing portable buildings, site work, site utilities and utility connections --plumbing, mechanical, electrical, low voltage and fire alarm--necessary for the installation of a new, 2-story modular classroom building with a warming kitchen and multi-purpose room.

On main building: demolition and replacement of all Exterior Windows; Exterior Painting, Partial Re-Roofing including demolition and replacement of rooftop catwalk and emergency lighting; Attic improvements including insulation, lighting, and doors. Gymnasium improvements: replacement of all rooftop mechanical systems, re-roofing at Mechanical components, and Exterior Painting.

Work consists of five new offices at the Los Gatos High School Wellness Center
